High quality exhaust wrap can withstand a temperature of 1300 degrees C, temporarily up to 1650 degrees C. It is manufactured in Austria by a company specializing in the manufacture of heat shields. It is the most advanced band available and is made of a highly durable golden colored material. It does not dust or disrupt unlike the cheap bands. It is used for wrapping the manifold and other exhaust system components.
